SHERCO 250cc
2.5i-F
The 2.5i-F was conceived and designed to be the lightest and
most powerful motorcycle in its class.
The motor is extremely compact and is equipped with electronic fuel
injection, it also has an extremely efficient and effective electric
starting motor, it does not have a kick starter; all of these
features help contribute to the extreme lightness of the complete
assembly.
The chassis which combines steel and aluminum in appropriate places
is very rigid, the center of gravity is lower; the seat height has
also been lowered which along with other changes and new radiator
side plates make it easier for the rider to move around on the bike
for improved handling in every situation and position.
SHERCO announces the addition of the
SE3.0i-F to the Enduro model range. With the inclusion of this new
model the SHERCO model line-up will expand to four engine sizes
ranging from 250 to 510, all of them are equipped with electronic
fuel injection and meet the most stringent emission and
environmental standards.
SHERCO 300cc
3.0i-F
The new SE3.0i-F utilizes the same basic engine as the current
250cc model but it has received a larger diameter cylinder, which
increases the engine capacity to 290 cc which will place it in the
very competitive 300 cc racing class which has hitherto been
reserved for 2-stroke engines. This will revolutionize the class
with the inclusion of the competition proven electronic fuel
injected 4-stroke engine.
SHERCO 450cc
4.5i-F & 510cc 5.1i-F
The Sherco Enduro models
were pioneers in the application of electronic fuel injection in
off-road motorcycles. The complete Enduro model line from 250 cc
engines to 510 cc engines are all equipped with fuel injection and
catalytic converters. This technological advantage allows them to
participate in the Enduro sport with a significant reduction in both
fuel consumption and emission pollution, the actual amount is around
20% less than the motors that are equipped with carburetors,
regardless of weather conditions. The Sherco R & D team has tested
the machines on the bench and in the highest levels of competition
in order to reduce environmental impact and increase the pleasure of
off-road riding. |
